2013年，瑞福德汽金正式开业。此前，江淮汽车与桑坦德消费金融签订合作协议，将全力支持主机厂汽车销售、进军中国汽车金融市场。自那以来，瑞福德汽金走过了十年历程。在这期间，瑞福德汽金经受住了市场考验，在识别机会后立即行动，逐步发展为一家敏捷、有韧性的企业。

FAF has gone through a decade of development since its official opening in 2013, before which JAC and SCF reached an agreement on supporting OEM car sales and developing the Chinese auto finance market. After years of dedication, FAF has proven itself as a resilient company, for withstanding the test of the market, and as an agile player, for emerging right away when opportunities are spotted.

2023年4月22日，瑞福德汽金十周年庆典在美丽的巢湖湖畔碧桂园酒店隆重举行。双方股东、重要合作伙伴、江淮集团领导和来自全国各地的瑞福德全体员工受邀参加盛会。出行和相聚在疫情结束后再次成为可能，这也是三年来公司召开的最宏伟的线下盛会。

The Tenth Anniversary took place at the Garden City Hotel by the beautiful Chaohu Lake on April 22, 2023. Joined by shareholders, top-ranking partners, JAC leaders and all of FAF’s employees, coming from all corners of the country, this has been the most spectacular event in the past three years, as travelling and gathering are no longer impossible.

在白沃福博士宣布庆典开始后，与会者们纷纷投入到的户外派对和益智游戏中。现场乐队和“猜歌名”小游戏点燃了活动气氛，大家在交流和问候中品尝着精致的茶点，历历在目地回忆公司的传奇历史和令人印象深刻的瞬间。晚宴开始后，将氛围推向高潮的是身着厨师服的高管们突然出现，端着菜肴走进宴会厅，为所有人上第一道菜。“我们是一家金融服务公司，”白沃福博士表示，“所以我们每个人都应该从客户的角度思考。”第一道菜是象征团团圆圆的肉丸，这意料之外的节目赢得了全场热烈的掌声。

After Dr. Wolf Bay announced the opening of the celebration, attendees started partying and playing puzzle games outdoors on the lawn. Delicate desserts and beverages were served to embellish the greetings, while the live band and “Name that Song” lightened up the atmosphere. People recalled the company’s storied history and their impressed moments as if it was just yesterday. The celebration was brought to the climax when the senior executives, dressed up in chef uniforms, walked into the banquet hall unexpectedly holding dishes. “We are a financial service company,” said Dr. Bay earlier, “that means everyone should think customer”. The first dish – meatballs, indicating reunion – was served to each table, gaining rapturous applause.

晚宴上，大家欣赏了精彩的歌舞表演。董事长项总、拟任副董事长霍金总、和总经理白总纷纷表达了他们对瑞福德的美好祝福。

Apart from various festive singing and dancing performances, Chairman Xiang, proposed Vice Chairman Joaquin, and General Manager Dr. Bay also expressed their congratulations and best wishes to FAF.

“暴风雨来临时，大树依然挺立。树干很结实，不会被风吹走，但也足够灵活，能随风弯曲，然后在太阳再次照耀时恢复原来的形状。同样的，我们也要张开双臂，做好准备，拥抱改变（这其实是我们的企业行为准则），”白总说到。

“A tree stands strong when a storm arrives. It is solid enough not to be blown away, but it is also flexible enough to bend with the wind and go back to its shape when the sun is shining again. We also have to be ready for change and embrace change with open arms, which actually is one of our corporate behaviors,” said Wolf.

霍金总向全体员工问好，并表示，“随着疫情消退，我希望我们能重启重点合作商访问西班牙总部的培训计划。”

Joaquin sent his greetings to all staff. “I hope that, as the pandemic is fading away, we could restart the program of inviting top agents to visit our headquarters in Spain.”

项总在演讲中提出了数字化工具的应用可能产生颠覆性变化，因此，企业在思考转型时需要跳出思维定势。此外，项总重点指出“协调风险控制、合规管理和业务发展之间的关系是关键”。

“Radical changes will be made possible by applying digital tools. So when we think of transformation, we need to think out of the box,” said Xiang, “Besides, it is key to coordinate the relationship between risk control, compliance management and business development.”

在晚宴上，公司对164名满五年员工和37名满十年员工颁奖。一直以来，瑞福德都重视与公司一起成长的老员工们，他们的荣誉感和归属感也鼓舞了在场所有与会者。

During the gala dinner, a total of 164 five-year staff and 37 ten-year staff were awarded. FAF values the employees who grew all along with the company, and their sense of honor and belonging was shared by all the participants.

对一家老字号来说，十年是短暂的。但成功的头十年会为未来的高质量发展奠定了坚实的基础。我们坚信，在各方的支持和祝福下，瑞福德汽金必定早日恢复市场地位，确立竞争优势。

A decade is short for a time-honored company, but it has laid a solid foundation for high-quality development in the years to come. With the support and blessings from stakeholders, FAF will definitely get back its market position and ensure its competitive leverage at the earliest possible date.
